"Yellows" are the most outgoing and optimistic members of your Board.  Although you may need to make sure your "Yelllows" stay on track and not waste precious Board meeting time, you can learn to channel your "yellow" Board members to help keep a sense of friendly community.  "Yellows" can help rally your community around important issues and initiatives.
