Surely you are very aware of the "Red" members of your Board.  They are often viewed as either the "Tyrant" or the "Benevolent Dictator".   The "Red" person in this video understands the importance for him to adapt his style to communicate with others.   However, more often than not, others may need to adapt to the "Reds" on their Board.  As you watch this video, see if you can think of better ways to approach the "Reds" on your Board and in your Community to ensure that others' views are considered and a well thought-out process to problem solving  can be followed.
