Deborah A. Jones PCAM®, CMCA©

President  Deborah has been involved in property management since 1980. Prior to joining APT in 2000, she was vice president and director of marketing and business development at another large condominium management company. In addition, she was the principal of her own property management firm specializing in community associations in the metropolitan Boston area. Deborah has extensive experience as a facilitator and has worked successfully with many associations and boards during transition periods and management plan development. | Deborah was awarded her PCAM® in 1993 by the Community Associations Institute. She has served on the CAI Managers’ Committee, the Media Relations Committee and the CA Day Expo Committee, each of which she has previously chaired. She has written articles for CondoMedia, New England Condominium and CondoManagement magazines, and has been an instructor at the ABC’s course and other CAI seminars. Deborah served on the Executive Board of the New England Chapter of CAI, from 1999 through 2004, with terms as Treasurer and President. She currently serves on the CAI Communications Committee |

David Barrett PCAM®, CMCA®, ARM ® CPMC |
Vice President North Shore Community Division & Director of Project Management:  David serves as a senior property manager as well as directing the project management division. He provides construction and facilities support for other managers. With over 20 years experience in property management, facilities management, and related construction trades, David holds various licenses in Oil Burners, Refrigeration, and Type 1 & 2 Refrigerant Recovery, as well as his license as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). David was awarded his PCAM® in 2000 by the Community Associations Institute and writes extensively for CondoMedia, New England Condominium, and CondoManagement magazines. David serves on the IREM Executive Board as Treasurer and Chair of the Legislative Committee. |

Melissa Murphy CMCA® |
Vice President, South Shore Community Division: Melissa joined the APT team in April 2008 with over 16 years of condominium management experience. Melissa currently manages two communities in Hull and two communities in Plymouth as well as supervises the South Shore and Cape Cod portfolio. Melissa holds a CAI designation of Certified Community Association Manager and is a Notary Public. |

| Karla Kelley |
Vice President of Administration and Information Systems: Karla oversees APT's Customer Services Division, including the Account Payable and Receivable functions and the Condominium Service Coordinators. Karla is coordinating our transition to the new state-of-the-art Jenark software and Association Voice integrated Web Service. Karla is also responsible for quality control in maintaining APT’s standard policies and procedures. Prior to joining APT, Karla was the COO of a start-up software company. |
