We're excited about offering online services for ALL of our client Associations and consider this service to be an efficient and effective tool for Boards, Committees, and Residents.
Our online services can:
- Provide a convenient location for Association information and documents that can be searched easily to find information quickly and efficiently
- Send group emails for to contact Owners quickly, as well as save money on postage and printing
- Allow for Owners to update their own resident information, and choose exactly which information they wish to share with others in the Community
- Provide a method for Owners to submit requests and track results
- Provide convenient method to make on-line ACH and credit card payments of fee payments
- Support resident self-service and access to information
- Provide education on procedures and other issues
