DISC is the four quadrant behavioral model based on the work of William Moulton Marston PhD (1893-1947).   At APT, our Managers have completed training in DISC and use these principles as a communication tool.

Generally, Association Boards are comprised of members with diverse backgrounds, personalities, and communication styles.  Anyone who has ever participated on a Board can understand the challenges of this diversity.
